The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff accommodating. Though minor issues like a lack of amenities and noise from construction dampened my experience, the rooftop and water provided were highlights. Overall, a decent stay.

The location was very good. The hotel was in a fantastic location and was in easy walking distance of most of the main attractions, as well as being around 20m away from the nearest subway exit. The hotel rooms and features were generally very modern and the rooms were very pleasant and a reasonable size - the shower was fantastic, and the housekeeping was also very good and very attentive with additional treats on NYE. Fortunately, we had our room upgraded upon check-in, which we found cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The proximity to Central Park was excellent, perfect for our runs, and we enjoyed the convenience of the nearby subway and walking distance to the Broadway show. Serafina restaurant on-site was great and convenient. Despite the great location, the rooftop bar and street-level bar were closed for private events during our stay, limiting relaxation options. the infrequent and difficult-to-use elevators were a drawback. Our streetside room on the 3rd floor faced a loading bay, leading to early morning noise disturbances. Despite these issues, the hotel's proximity to landmarks like Bryant Park, Empire State Building, and Times Square made exploring the city with my 9-year-old son enjoyable and memorable. The unique features of these nearby attractions enhanced our family bonding experience during our stay.

It was surely a great stay at an awesome location in the heart of Manhattan. Absolutely perfect location close enough to Carnegie Hall. Outstanding food in the rooftop restaurant in the vicinity. Really helpful staff, early check-in and amazing bar.

We liked staff and rooms of this good budget hotel. The room was spotless with comfortable beds. Lots of food at breakfast, such as cereals, fruit and yogurt.

The staff members, particularly Arben and Mike, were incredibly helpful and attentive during my visit. The room, although somewhat dated, was comfortable and had a great shower. Despite some construction noise at night, the overall experience was pleasant, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests, especially those in town for specific events like the NYC Marathon. The cozy lobby made me feel right at home, and the bartender Bridge was delightful. The paper-thin walls were a bummer; could hear everything from the elevator to the neighbors' conversations, which made for a less-than-ideal night's sleep! 🌃

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. the staff here are so friendly and accommodating, making my experience truly enjoyable. the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, providing a great atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring the city. the location is superb, right in midtown and close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center, which made sightseeing a breeze. the hotel offers a restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the breakfasts between 7th Avenue and Broadway were fantastic. the concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, providing great tips for places to visit.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the size of the rooms. While clean and comfortable, some rooms are quite small and lack space for storing clothes and luggage.

The service is first class! The towels. The sheets the mattresses excellent everything. They'll fix up your room in no time. And in the afternoon they come to ask you if you need anything and they always give you two bottles of water and make your bed. It's recycled to new with bad taste. It's not nice. It's eclectic, bordering on the bizarre. And the lobby is uncomfortable and small. But the rooms are spacious. More for young people but I felt great. It's got a spectacular roof top. I'm so happy I'd go back

The Rickey lounge is a perfect place for guests to indulge in an after-work craft cocktail or business meeting drinks. On my visit, I had the most delightful concoction that was like sipping on a symphony - each sip unraveling a new note of flavor. It was the perfect way to unwind after a bustling day in the city.

The soul of the place, old building rehabilitated, breakfast in the adjoining bar itself very beautiful, beautiful deco, top mattresses. The roof top, the Metro in front of the door, the location: central park at 2 steps, the hell's kitchen district where you are far from the mass of tourists in a few minutes walk, wifi in the rooms, a good value for money to maintain. Efficient and professional staff.

The only downside is that it's a bit noisy, especially on Saturday night...but we're in New York and it never stops during the day and at night... The attitude of some scatterbrained customers who scream and talk for hours in the corridors when they come home from work at 4 o'clock in the evening and woke up my children... That doesn't mean it's the hotel's fault.

Hotel ideally located just off Broadway, close to Times Square and Central Park. The subway is nearby. Pleasant restaurant. Nice decoration in the hotel, a beautiful aquarium at the reception. Good establishment, I highly recommend it.

Too bad the Rooftop is closed to children during the day. A bit noisy if you're on the 11 EME floor just below the PHD club. You should bring quiescent balls if you have trouble sleeping (no quiescent balls for the children, they were not bothered).

The front desk staff and bellmen were super chill and helpful, and the rooftop bar was legit awesome with the manager being super attentive and the bartender making killer lavender girl drinks. The hotel didn't have many breakfast options, so we dipped out to grab some grub.

Breakfast is terrible - toast with jam or cereal with yoghurt is included. For other things you have to pay extra and that's a dozen or so dollars, for example for scrambled eggs. It is better to give up breakfast and buy outside (e.g. in Whool Food great and cheaper sandwiches).

The beautiful space was perfect for after-work drinks for us parents and also offered a fun, weekend revelry atmosphere for our children. The private events they host were all-season and made it a fantastic spot for family gatherings.

My wife says that the playground area could use some more interactive and engaging activities for younger children.

Room large enough for 2 persons and 3 suitcases (king deluxe room). Comfortable bedding - sanitary facilities ok. Pitch ok. Room overlooking the interior so no view but also much quieter (the street is extremely noisy).

No access to the rooftop for hotel guests. Even during the day. Breakfast at Serafina very expensive for what it is (but the french toasts are good). For those who have a light sleep, important noise of the rooftop (personally it did not disturb me).

I had a lovely stay here. This place offered comfortable and well-appointed rooms, as well as professional and friendly staff. The location was perfect, and I found it easy to get anywhere as the subway stations were very close, and the lobby was small, so getting to my room quickly was never an issue. The hotel also provided excellent room service and a variety of amenities, including tours/ticket assistance, laundry services, and in-room facilities such as a mini-bar and a television with paid films.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Dream! the location was amazing, with a variety of food options, pharmacies, and even a Whole Foods close by. Central Park was just a short distance away, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the room itself was beautiful, featuring cool lighting that added to the ambiance. the staff were absolutely the best, from the cleaning ladies to the front desk and even the doormen who were always ready to open the doors. They were all knowledgeable about the subway system, which was so helpful for getting around the city. the manager, Paulina, was also super cool. I only requested my room to be cleaned once and they took care of it immediately. it was a great experience and I've already booked with Dream again for my upcoming trip in a few weeks. And let's not forget the fun touch of having a fish tank!

I recently stayed at Dream Midtown for 7 nights on my NYC trip and it was a great choice! The hotel is centrally located and the staff are attentive and pleasant. We were upgraded on arrival and offered a choice of front or back room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff are friendly. There is a rooftop bar attached to the hotel which is a great bonus. I would recommend this hotel for a visit to NYC.
